*** Trainees/Surgeons in training:
To qualify for the trainee’s discount, please send an email to assistant@hypospadias-society.org enclosing a letter signed by their programme director stating that you are still in training (indicating start and end of the fellowship).
If the letter of the program director is not approved the difference must be paid onsite at check-in.
The registration fee includes:
- The welcome reception on Tuesday, 01.10.24
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday, 02.10.24 and Thursday, 03.10.24
- Attendance of the scientific sessions
- The congress bag, badge, program leaflet and a congress certificate
The accompanying person fee includes:
- The welcome reception on Tuesday, 01.10.2024.
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday, 02.10.24 and Thursday, 03.10.24
- Badge and old-city guided tour on Thursday, 03.10.2024
Payment and Confirmation:
- We will e-mail you after pairing your payment with your registration.
- Please register only once to avoid double registration and double payment.
- Changes and additions to the bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the Congress secretary.
- If you pay by credit card, please understand that there is an additional charge of 3 %.
Cancellation Policy:
– All refunds will be valid if they are notified to the Congress Organizer in writing.
– 50% of registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by 31.05.2024.
– Any cancellation after 31.05.2024, it will not be refundable.
– All refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
