*** Trainees/Surgeons in training:
To qualify for the trainee’s discount, please send an email to assistant@hypospadias-society.org enclosing a letter signed by their programme director stating that you are still in training (indicating start and end of the fellowship).
If the letter of the program director is not approved the difference must be paid onsite at check-in.
The registration fee includes:

Payment and Confirmation:

- Changes and additions to the bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the Congress secretary.
- If you pay by credit card, please understand that there is an additional charge of 3 %.
Cancellation Policy:
– All refunds will be valid if they are notified to the Congress Organizer in writing.
– 50% of registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by 31.05.2024.
– Any cancellation after 31.05.2024, it will not be refundable.
– All refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
The 6th Hypospadias World Congress of the Hypospadias International Society (02-10-2024 until 03-10-2024, Cairo, Egypt) is accredited with 14 CME points.
The Hands-On Workshop on October 1st, 2024 has been accredited with 5 CME points.
The Live-Surgery Section on October 4th, 2024 has been accredited with 8 CME points.
For attendance of the Pre-Congress Hands-On Workshop, the Congress and the Live-Surgery Section (October 1st – October 4th) in total 27 CME points have been accredited.
Each medical professional should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
